Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timeframe
Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation time. Late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.
Refund Eligibility
Full or partial refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- Cancellation request received 24+ hours before consultation
- Technical issues from our side preventing service delivery
- Rescheduling not possible for confirmed time slots
- Service not delivered as described
Non-Refundable Cases
- After consultation has been completed and delivered
- Incorrect birth details provided by the user affecting analysis
- Missed appointments without prior notice (no-show)
- Change of mind after receiving consultation insights
- Requests made beyond 7 days of payment
Refund Process Timeline
Step 1: Refund request submission via email/contact form
Step 2: Verification within 24-48 working hours
Step 3: Approval/Rejection communication
Step 4: Approved refunds processed within 7 working days
Step 5: Funds reflect in 3-10 business days based on payment method
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank transfers may take additional processing time
- Digital wallet refunds processed within 24 hours
- Credit card refunds reflect in 5-10 business days
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your consultation once at no additional charge, provided you notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Subsequent rescheduling may incur administrative fees.
Important Notes
• Refunds exclude any transaction fees charged by payment gateways
• Partial refunds may apply for partially delivered services
• All refund decisions are at the discretion of management
• Special promotions and discounted services may have different refund terms
